Ceramic superplasticizer is an important concrete admixture, which can greatly reduce the water cement ratio of concrete and improve the strength and durability of concrete. Superplasticizer is divided into common superplasticizer and superplasticizer. Superplasticizer with water reducing rate greater than 5% and less than 10% is called common superplasticizer, such as sodium rosinate, sodium lignosulfonate and stearic acid soap; superplasticizer with water reducing rate greater than 10% is called superplasticizer, such as melamine series, naphthalene series, amino sulfonic acid series, modified lignosulfonate series and polycarboxylic acid series. Among many superplasticizers, polycarboxylate superplasticizer with comb shaped molecular structure has become the focus of research and development at home and abroad in recent years because of its high water reducing rate, good slump retention performance, low dosage and no obvious retarding.
