Polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a new generation of superplasticizer based on polymer design theory. Compared with the traditional naphthalene superplasticizer synthesized by condensation of formaldehyde, melamine sulfonate and other additives, it has different action mechanism and special excellent performance. It has high water reducing effect, wide cement compatibility, high slump retention, high reinforcement and low shrinkage. 3、 Main performance index and characteristics

1. The water reducing rate of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can reach more than 30% by standard method (according to gb8076-2008 concrete admixtures).

2. Under the same cement dosage and slump, the mixing water can be reduced by more than 30%, the 3D compressive strength of concrete can be increased by 50-120%, the 28d compressive strength can be increased by 40-80%, and the 90d compressive strength can be increased by 30-50%.

3. High slump retention, polycarboxylate superplasticizer has strong slump retention ability, strong adaptability to cement varieties, models and air temperature. The slump of concrete in 2 hours is basically not lost, and is almost not affected by temperature changes, and has little effect on the setting time of concrete.

4. Good workability, the use of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can greatly improve the workability of concrete, good anti bleeding, anti segregation performance, small pumping resistance of concrete, easy to transport; no bleeding line, no big bubbles, small color difference, good appearance quality of concrete.

5. The shrinkage rate is small, which is more than 20% less than the 28 day shrinkage rate of naphthalene based superplasticizer.

6. It does not contain chloride ion and has no corrosiveness to steel bar; it has low alkali content and no harm of alkali aggregate reaction.

7. The product has strong adaptability, suitable for a variety of specifications and types of cement, especially suitable for the preparation of high durability, self compacting and other high-performance concrete with high-quality fly ash, slag and other active admixtures.

4、 Scope of application

1. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has high water reducing rate and good fluidity of mixed concrete. It is especially suitable for the production of self compacting concrete and various high-performance concrete. It has good working performance, physical and mechanical properties and excellent durability.

2. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has excellent workability of concrete, which is suitable for preparation of pumping concrete and high-strength pumping concrete. The height of pumping concrete can reach more than 100m.

3. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is especially suitable for mass concrete with large amount of fly ash or mineral powder because of its high early strength growth rate and good strength guarantee.

4. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be used to prepare concrete with high cohesiveness, supplemented by appropriate construction methods, which is easy to meet the requirements of fair faced concrete.

5、 Usage and precautions

1. The commonly used dosage (by weight) is 0.5 ~ 1.0% of the amount of cementitious materials. When preparing ultra-high strength concrete, the dosage can be increased to 1.0 ~ 1.8%.

2. This product shall not be mixed with naphthalene superplasticizer. When it is used together with other admixtures, concrete compatibility test shall be conducted.

6、 Product packaging

1. This product is colorless or light tan liquid, packed in plastic barrel, net weight 50kg or 200kg.

2. This product can be preserved for one year by sealed storage in the original barrel. Please keep this product free from frost during the storage period. It can still be used after the test.
